Bos Besar Blue Bird Borong 583 Ribu Saham BIRD
IDXChannel - Emiten taksi milik Keluarga Djokosoetono, PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) melaporkan transaksi pembelian saham oleh salah satu petinggi perseroan.
Adalah Adrianto Djokosoetono selaku Direktur Utama BIRD memborong total 583 ribu saham perseroan pada 25 Januari 2024.
Bluebird (BIRD) Berencana Tambah Armada Taksi Listrik Tiga Kali Lipat di 2024Suami artis Titi Rajo Bintang itu membeli saham BIRD pada harga Rp1.695 sampai Rp1.735 per saham. Transaksi pembelian dilakukan dalam delapan kali di periode yang sama.
Transaksi pertama, Adrianto menyerok 162.800 saham perseroan pada harga Rp1.695 per saham. Kemudian transaksi kedua membeli 131.200 saham di harga Rp1.700 per saham.
Gelontorkan Rp250 Miliar, Bluebird (BIRD) Beberkan Progress Investasi di IKNTransaksi ketiga sebanyak 47.400 saham pada harga Rp1.710 per saham, transaksi keempat 65.500 saham di harga Rp1.715 per saham, dan transaksi kelima sebanyak 8.300 saham dengan harga Rp1.720 per saham.
