Pembangunan Bandara Kediri Bikin GGRM Kuras Kas Rp13,999 Triliun

Pasardana.id-  PT Perusahaan Rokok Tjap Gudang Garam Tbk(IDX:GGRM) kembali merogoh kas sebesar Rp1 triliun untuk meningkatan modal PT Surya Dhoho Investama.

Direktur GGRM, Heru Budiman menyampaikan, setoran modal kepada anak usaha itu untuk mendukung kelanjutan proses pembangunan bandara udara Dhoho di Kediri, Jawa Timur yang dibangun oleh Surya Dhoho Investama.

“Perubahan jumlah modal dasar, modal ditempatkan dan disetor akan ditetapkan dalam keputusan sirkuler pemegang saham yang akan dituang dalam akta perubahan anggaran dasar Surya Dhoho Investama,” tulis Heru dalam keterangan resmi, Rabu(31/1/2024).

Ia menjelaskan, setoran modal terbaru itu memastikan perseroan tetap memegang 99,999 persen kepemilikan saham pada Surya Dhoho Investasi. Sedangkan anak usaha itu terlebih dahulu menerbitkan 1 juta saham baru.

Alhasil, Surya Dhoho Investama memiliki  modal  disetor dan ditempatkan mencapai Rp14 triliun.  GGRM sendiri telah  menyetor Rp13,999 triliun. Sedangkan 1 lembar saham bernominal Rp1 juta dipegang oleh Suryaduta Investama.
