Bos Roda Vivatex (RDTX) Lepas 50 Ribu Saham di Harga Bawah
IDXChannel - Direktur Utama PT Roda Vivatex Tbk (RDTX) Wiriady Widjaja mengurangi 1% kepemilikannya atas saham perseroan pada 29 Januari 2024.
Ia menjual 50.000 saham RDTX di harga bawah yakni Rp13.000 per saham. Sementara saham RDTX dalam satu bulan terakhir berada di rentang Rp13.850-Rp14.950. Ia menerima dana segar Rp650 juta usai aksi tersebut.
Dear Investor, Roda Vivatex (RDTX) Siap Tebar Dividen Interim Rp200,25 MiliarUsai transaksi, kepemilikan saham Dirut RDTX berkurang menjadi 22.621.400 saham atau setara 8,42%. Sebelumnya, ia menggenggam sebanyak 22.671.400 saham atau 8,43%.
"Tujuan dari penjualan saham untuk divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tulisnya dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (30/1/2024).

Pemegang saham utama RTX yakni Sutiadi Widjaja 42,42%, Publik 21,20%, Turniady Widjaja 18,74%, Wiriady Widjaja 8,42%, Karta Widjaja 6,39%, Herrijanto Widjaja 2,81%.
