Masuk Bookbuilding, Harta Djaya (MEJA) Patok Harga IPO Rp100-Rp103 per Saham
IDXChannel - PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA) akan melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 7 Februari 2024. Saat ini perseroan memasuki masa bookbuilding pada 18-24 Januari 2024.
Dalam gelaran penawaran umum perdana saham atau initial public offering (IPO), MEJA menawarkan sebanyak 480 juta saham atau 25,03% dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh.
Berpotensi Raup Rp49 Miliar, Ini Rincian Alokasi Dana IPO Harta Djaya Karya (MEJA)Dengan penawaran awal sebesar Rp100-Rp103 per saham, perseroan berpotensi meraup dana segar sebesar Rp48 miliar hingga Rp49,44 miliar.
Bersamaan dengan IPO, perseroan juga menerbitkan sebanyak 480 juta Waran Seri I atau sebanyak-banyaknya 33,39% dari total jumlah saham ditempatkan dan disetor penuh, dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp115-Rp125. Waran Seri I dapat dilaksanakan setelah 18 bulan sejak Waran Seri I diterbitkan, sampai dengan enam bulan berikutnya.
