Indah Kiat (INKP) Tutup Anak Usahanya di British Virgin Islands
IDXChannel - Emiten pabrik kertas Grup Sinarmas, PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP) telah menutup anak usahanya, IK Import & Export Limited yang berbasis di British Virgin Islands. Penutupan ini dilakukan pada 17 Januari 2024.
"Pada 17 Januari 2024, perseroan menerima informasi dari registered agent di British Virgin Islands sehubungan dengan penutupan IK Import & Export Limited, anak usaha perseroan dengan kepemilikan 100 persen yang berkedudukan di British Virgin Islands," kata Direktur atau Corporate Secretary INKP, Heri Santoso dalam Keterbukaan Informasi BEI, Kamis (18/1/2024).
Emiten Kertas Grup Sinarmas (INKP) Terbitkan Dua Surat Utang Rp1,5 TriliunHeri tidak menjelaskan alasan penutupan IK Import & Export Limited, namun dia hanya menegaskan, tidak ada dampak signifikan atas kejadian ini terhadap kondisi perseroan.
"Penutupan anak perusahaan perseroan ini tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kondisi perseroan," tegasnya.
