Kepemilikan Makin Tebal, Pengendali Borong 33,56 Juta Saham ESTA
IDXChannel - Emiten perhotelan, PT Esta Multi Usaha Tbk (ESTA) mengumumkan transaksi pembelian saham oleh PT Esta Utama Corpora sebanyak 1,38 persen atau 33,56 juta saham.
Esta Utama Corpora merupakan pengendali saham ESTA dengan status kepemilikan langsung. Esta Utama Corpora tercatat memborong 33.561.200 (33,56 juta) saham ESTA pada 16 Januari 2024 di harga Rp77 per saham.
Pengendali Esta Multi Lego 291,17 Juta Saham ESTASehingga perusahaan tersebut telah merogoh kocek sebesar Rp2,58 miliar.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi," kata Direktur ESTA, Andaru Surya Gautama dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (18/1/2024).
