Menanti Pengumuman BI Rate, Saham-Saham Properti Ambyar
IDXChannel - Bank Indonesia (BI) akan mengumumkan suku bunga acuan atau BI Rate siang ini (17/1/2024) usai Rapat Dewan Gubernur BI 16-17 Januari 2024.
"BI diperkirakan akan kembali menahan suku bunga acuan di 6%. Pasar berharap petunjuk yang lebih jelas dari BI mengenai peluang pemangkasan suku bunga acuan di 2024," tulis riset harian Panin Sekuritas, hari ini.

Hingga pukul 13.52 WIB, saham-saham properti berguguran. Saham PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) tercatat koreksi 0,80 persen ke 1.235, saham PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) merosot 1,87 persen ke level 1.050, bahkan saham PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) anjlok 3,08 persen ke 440.
