Usai 33 Tahun Go Public, Produsen Rokok Bentoel (RMBA) Resmi Pamit dari BEI
IDXChannel - PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk (RMBA), resmi pamit dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sebagai operator, BEI menghapus (delisting) saham produsen rokok itu tepat pada hari ini, Selasa (16/1/2024).
"Bursa menyetujui penghapusan pencatatan efek perseroan dari Bursa Efek Indonesia efektif pada Selasa, 16 Januari 2024," kata BEI dalam pengumuman dikutip Selasa, (16/1/2023).
Produsen Rokok Bentoel (RMBA) Jual Aset ke British American Tobacco DubaiPencabutan status perseroan sebagai perusahaan tercatat menandai saham RMBA tidak lagi diperdagangkan di bursa, sekaligus menutup kiprah perseroan sebagai saham senior yang ditransaksikan lebih dari 33 tahun lamanya.
