IIF Sebut Tender Offer META Rp250 per Saham Termasuk Harga Premium
IDXChannel - PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) mengaku tak keberatan dengan harga pembelian saham atau tender offer PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) sebesar Rp250 per saham.
Sebagai informasi, IIF memiliki 8,19% saham di META dan akan mengikuti tender offer dalam rangka voluntary delisting yang akan dilakukan oleh META.
PTPP Lepas Aset PLTA ke Grup Salim METADirektur Pelaksana & Chief Financial Officer IIF Rizki Pribadi Hasan mengatakan, harga yang ditetapkan perseroan termasuk ke dalam harga premium. Nilai itu lebih tinggi dari saat perusahaan konstruksi tersebut melantai di bursa pada 2001 silam dengan harga penawaran umum sebesar Rp200 per saham.
“Tidak (komplain) ya. Harga segitu perhitungannya premium di atas harga perhitungan formula di BEI, jadi buat kami enggak masalah,” kata Rizki saat ditemui wartawan di Gedung Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Jakarta pada Senin (15/1/2024).
