Sosok Ini Jual Habis Saham LAPD, Raup Dana Segar Rp1,6 Miliar
IDXChannel - Nany Indrawaty Sutanto, salah satu pemegang saham utama PT Leyand International Tbk (LAPD) menjual habis seluruh sahamnya.
Ia melego sebanyak 322.438.500 saham LAPD atau setara 8,13% di harga Rp5 pada 8 Januari 2024.
Atas aksinya tersebut, Nany meraup dana segar Rp1,61 miliar. Kini kepemilikan Nany di saham LAPD menjadi 0% dari sebelumnya sebanyak 322.438.500 saham.
"Tujuan dari transaksi menjual investasi dan status kepemilikan adalah langsung," tulis Nany dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (11/1/2024).
Pemegang saham utama LAPD yakni Layman Holdings Pte Ltd 30,26%, Publik 23,90%, PT Intiputera Bumitirta 19,17%, Keraton Investments Ltd 12,81%, Leo Andyanto 5,73%.
