Siwa Bali Property Serok 260 Juta Saham FUJI Senilai Rp66,56 Miliar
IDXChannel - Emiten pembiayaan, PT Fuji Finance Indonesia Tbk (FUJI) mengumumkan transaksi pembelian sebanyak 260 juta saham perseroan oleh PT Siwa Bali Property.
Direktur Perseroan, Anita Marta mengungkapkan, Siwa Bali Property memborong saham FUJI sebanyak 260 juta saham atau 20 persen pada 5 Januari 2024.
Charnic Capital (NICK) Raih Rp374,27 Juta Usai Lego Saham FUJIPerusahaan itu membeli saham perseroan di harga Rp256 per saham, sehingga telah menggelontorkan dana sebesar Rp66,56 miliar.
"Tujuan transaksi pembelian adalah untuk investasi," kata Anita dalam Keterbukaan Informasi BEI, Jakarta, Selasa (9/1/2024).
