Wadirut EURO Jual Habis Sahamnya, Cuan Rp18,4 Miliar
IDXChannel - Wakil Direktur Utama PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO) Jeannie Widjaja menjual habis sahamnya di perseroan pada 28 Desember 2023.
Jeannie melego sebanyak 120.000.000 saham EURO di harga pelaksanaan Rp154 per saham dengan meraup Rp18,4 miliar.
Dua Petinggi Estee Gold Kompak Lego 480 Juta Saham EURO, Cuan Segini"Transaksi ini dilakukan untuk realisasi keuntungan dengan kepemilikan saham bersifat langsung," ujar Sekretaris Perusahaan EURO David Adnan dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (5/1/2023).
Usai transaksi, kepemilikan saham Jeannie Widjaja di EURO menjadi 0 dibandingkan sebelumnya atau sebanyak 120 juta saham (4,71%).
Pemegang saham utama EURO yakni PT Timmsvale 54,93%, Publik 21,53%, Johansen, Ngian 12,55%, Juliet Widjaja 6,28%.
