Agresif, Sosok Ini Borong 264 Juta Saham Metropolitan Land (MTLA)
IDXChannel - Magnus Jaya menambah 3,46% kepemilikannya di saham Metropolitan Land (MTLA). Secara agresif, ia memborong 264.943.965 saham MTLA di harga Rp480 pada 27 Desember 2023.
Ia merogoh kocek Rp127 miliar demi mengakumulasi kepemilikannya menjadi 539.900.851 saham atau setara 7,05%. Sebelumnya, ia memegang 274.956.886 saham MTLA (3,59%).
MTLA Apresiasi Insentif Pemerintah untuk Sektor Properti"Tujuan dari transaksi investasi dan status kepemilikan saham adalah langsung," ujar Corporate Secretary Metland Olivia Surodjo dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (5/1/2024).
Pemegang saham utama Metropolitan Land yakni Publik 44,26%, PT Metropolitan Persada Internasional 37,52%, PT Ciputra Nusantara 1.148.268.950 (Saham) 15,00%, Magnus Jaya 7,05%, Iwan Putra Brasali 2,04%.
