Emiten Boy Thohir (MBMA) Alihkan Seluruh Saham Huaneng Metal ke Anak Usaha
IDXChannel - Emiten milik konglomerat Garibaldi Thohir alias Boy Thohir, PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA) mengalihkan seluruh saham PT Huaneng Metal Industry (HNMI) yang dimiliki perseroan kepada PT Merdeka Mega Industri (MMI).
MMI adalah anak usaha langsung MBMA dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 99,99 persen. Sementara Huaneng Metal Industry merupakan perusahaan nikel yang 60 persen sahamnya sudah diakuisisi MBMA dengan total nilai USD75 juta.

Pengalihan tersebut telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari pemegang saham HNMI pada 29 Desember 2023," kata Corporate Secretary MBMA, Deny Greviartana Wijaya dalam Keterbukaan Informasi BEI, Kamis (4/1/2024).
Deny menjelaskan dampak dari pengalihan saham HNMI ke MMI terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dan kelangsungan usaha perseroan.
