Komisaris GOTO Andre Soelistyo Jual Saham Lagi! Kali Ini Senilai Rp45,3 Miliar
JAKARTA, iNews.id - Komisaris PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) Andre Soelistyo kembali menjual saham GOTO. Kali ini nilainya mencapai Rp45,39 miliar. Untuk apa?
Dalam data keterbukaan informasi, jumlah saham yang dijual mencapai 530 juta lembar saham Seri A atau setara 0,04 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor perseroan.
Harga jual rata-rata sebesar Rp85,66 per saham. Transaksi dieksekusi pada 27-29 Desember 2023.
“Tujuan transaksi adalah pembayaran fasilitas kredit,” ujar Andre di Keterbukaan Informasi, Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Selasa (2/1/2024).
Selesai transaksi, porsi kepemilikan saham Seri A GOTO milik Andre menjadi 2.617.530.184 lembar saham, dari semula 3.147.530.184.
