IPO, Distributor Gas Alam (CGAS) Patok Harga Rp338 per Saham
IDXChannel - PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk menetapkan harga penawaran umum perdana saham atau initial public offering (IPO) sebesar Rp338 per saham. Saat ini, perseroan telah memulai masa penawaran umum atau offering hingga 4 Januari 2024.
Dalam aksi korporasi ini, perseroan menawarkan sebanyak 531,42 juta saham atau 30% dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor perseroan. Dengan harga yang ditetapkan, perseroan berpotensi meraup dana segar sebesar Rp179,62 miliar.
Buka Harga Rp284-338 per Saham, Citra Nusantara (CGAS) Bidik Dana IPO Rp179 MiliarBersamaan dengan IPO, perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor perdagangan dan distribusi gas alam ini juga menerbitkan sebanyak 265,71 juta Waran Seri I atau sebesar 21,43% dari total jumlah saham ditempatkan dan disetor penuh, dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp306.
Waran Seri I dapat dilaksanakan menjadi saham perseroan setelah enam bulan sejak diterbitkan, yaitu 8 Juli 2024 sampai dengan 7 Januari 2025.
