Kecipratan Dividen Anak Usaha, Indomobil (IMAS) Cuan Rp28 Miliar
IDXChannel - Anak usaha PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS), PT Wahana Inti Selaras (WISL) membagikan dividen interim senilai Rp200 miliar.
Dari sebaran dividen tersebut induk utama WISL ini mendapatkan cuan Rp28 miliar, sehingga masuk sebagai pendapatan lain.
Saham ASII Melemah 1,33%, IMAS Melesat Tembus ARASementara sisanya mengalir kepada PT IMG Sejahtera Langgeng (IMGSL) sebesar Rp172 miliar. Penyebaran dividen telah berlangsung pada Rabu (27/12/2023).
WISL merupakan emiten atas efek bersifat utang atau obligasi. Sebelumnya perseroan menerbitkan emisi Obligasi II Wahana Inti Selaras tahun 2023 dengan nilai total sebesar Rp3 triliun.
Saham Grup Salim IMAS dan IMJS Meroket, Imbas Skandal Daihatsu?Sebagai catatan bahwa WISL merupakan anak usaha tidak langsung dari IMAS. WISL menginduk di bawah IMGSL dengan porsi kepemilikan 99,99 persen. Sementara IMGSL merupakan entitas anak langsung IMAS dengan kepemilikan 99,99 persen.
