Dua Investor Argo Pantes Kompak Jual Saham (ARGO), Cuan Berapa?
IDXChannel - Dua pemegang saham PT Argo Pantes Tbk (ARGO) tercatat menjual saham emiten tekstil itu. Totalnya sebanyak 210 juta saham perseroan telah dilego.
Adalah PT Argo Manunggal Triasta dan Trevor Global Ltd. Keduanya merupakan pemilik saham di atas 5 persen, namun diketahui bukanlah pengendali saham perseroan.
Hasnur Internasional (HAIS) Optimistis Target Muatan Kargo Terlampaui di Akhir 2023Corporate Secretary ARGO, Widarsono melaporkan Argo Manunggal Triasta menjual 10 juta saham perseroan pada 22 Desember 2023 dengan harga transaksi Rp950 per saham. Sehingga Argo Manunggal meraup dana Rp9,5 miliar.
Sementara Trevor Global Ltd menghempas saham ARGO lebih banyak, yakni 200 juta saham di harga Rp950 per saham pada 27 Desember 2023. Dengan demikian, perusahaan tersebut cuan sebesar Rp190 miliar.
