铁矿石价格突破140美元 达到2022年6月以来的最高水平
【友财网讯】-铁矿石价格上涨至2022年6月以来的最高水平，表明中国近几个月遏制房地产市场下跌的努力可能正在取得成效。
周二交易清淡，新加坡期货价格升至每吨140美元以上。人们越来越乐观地认为，中国的经济复苏和钢铁密集型房地产行业终于获得了动力。去年，中国在疫情爆发后重新开放的步伐缓慢，令投资者失望。
上周四，随着中国加大提振经济活动的力度，几家最大的国有银行启动了今年的第三轮降息。11月，中国宣布了一项人民币1万亿元(合1270亿美元)的城市振兴计划，在开发商违约浪潮中缓解了钢铁密集型房地产行业的压力。
随着对需求好转的预期升温，那些压低铁矿石库存以保持精益经营的钢厂现在可能面临补充库存的压力，如果需求超过供应的话。
新加坡Navigate Commodities Pte董事总经理阿提拉·威德内尔(Atilla Widnell)表示，最近一周的商品房交易数据显示出积极的改善，提振了看涨情绪。“我们认为，铁矿石期货至少到下个季度应该很容易达到每吨145-158美元的目标。”威德内尔说。
周二，铁矿石价格上涨1.5%，至每吨140.55美元。大连期货上涨1.3%，而上海的螺纹钢和热轧卷均上涨。
