Dua Petinggi Grup Pelindo (IPCC) Borong Saham di Harga Bawah
IDXChannel - Dua petinggi PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC) memborong saham perseroan di harga bawah.
Direktur Utama IPCC Sugeng Mulyadi membeli 354.000 saham dengan harga Rp707,68. Ia menghabiskan Rp250,5 juta untuk memegang sebanyak 354.000 saham atau setara dengan 0,0194678 persen.
IPCC Umumkan Dividen Interim, Dirut Langsung Beli Saham Kemudian Direktur Operasi dan Teknik Bagus Dwipoyono membeli 200.000 di harga Rp715. Pembelian perdana ini menghabiskan dana Rp143 juta untuk bisa menggenggam 0,0109988 persen saham IPCC.
"Tujuan pembelian saham ini adalah untuk investasi pribadi dengan kepemilikan langsung," tulis manajemen IPCC dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (22/12/2023).
