Direksi Medco Energi Borong 1,89 Juta Saham MEDC di Harga Rp1.132
IDXChannel - Salah satu direksi PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) tercatat memborong saham perseroan dengan nilai mencapai miliaran rupiah.
Adalah Roberto Lorato, Direktur sekaligus Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Medco Energi memberi sebanyak 1.895.000 saham MEDC pada harga Rp1.132 per saham. Transaksi pembelian ini dilakukan pada 18 Desember 2023.
Medco Energi (MEDC) Raih Persetujuan Amandemen PSC Blok Corridor Dengan begitu, Pria berkewarganegaraan Italia itu merogoh kocek sebesar Rp2,14 miliar untuk menyerok saham emiten migas milik keluarga Panigoro tersebut.
"Tujuan transaksi pembelian saham untuk investasi pribadi," kata Roberto dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (21/12).
