Presdir Chandra Asri Serok 400 Ribu Saham TPIA Senilai Rp1,86 Miliar
IDXChannel - Presiden Direktur (Presdir) PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA), Erwin Ciputra melaporkan transaksi pembelian saham perseroan sebanyak 400 ribu saham.
Demikian diumumkan dirinya pada keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (20/12). Pentolan emiten petrokimia itu menyerok saham TPIA pada 18 Desember 2023 dalam dua kali transaksi.
Aksi Senyap Raymond Borong Saham Chandra Asri (TPIA), Habis Duit Berapa?Transaksi pertama, Erwin membeli 200 ribu saham TPIA pada harga Rp4.650 per saham, sehingga dia merogoh kocek senilai Rp930 juta.
Kemudian transaksi pembelian kedua juga sebanyak 200 ribu saham dengan harga Rp4.660 per saham. Untuk transaksi ini, Erwin mengeluarkan dana Rp932 juta.
Jual Saham Anak Usaha ke Perusahaan Thailand, Chandra Asri (TPIA) Kantongi Rp3 T Sehingga total nilai pembelian saham perseroan oleh Erwin Ciputra sebesar Rp1,86 miliar.
