IDXChannel - PT Bank IBK Indonesia Tbk (AGRS) mengumumkan pengunduran diri anggota direksi perseroan, yaitu Cha Jae Young selaku Direktur Utama.
Berdasarkan keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (20/12/2023), mundurnya Cha Jae Young sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 33/POJK.04/2014 dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015.
Bank IBK (AGRS) Cetak Laba Rp104 Miliar, Kredit Macet Turun Drastis"Pengunduran diri tersebut tidak memiliki dampak baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan," tulis manajemen Bank IBK.
Manajemen menambahkan, perseroan akan menjalankan ketentuan sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor. 33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik.
