Vital Solution Fund Borong Saham BNII Rp1,68 Triliun Usai Dijual UBS
IDXChannel - PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (BNII) mengumumkan perubahan kepemilikan saham perseroan. Vital Solution Fund kini menjadi pemegang saham BNII lebih dari 5 persen.
Direktur Maybank, Muhamadian melaporkan dua transaksi, yakni transaksi penjualan dan pembelian pada 8 Desember 2023.
Laba Maybank (BNII) Tumbuh 11,8 Persen, Capai Rp1,66 Triliun hingga September 2023Transaksi pertama, penjualan saham oleh UBS AG London sebanyak 13.953.168.749 saham BNII atau 18,31 persen di harga Rp252. Sehingga raksasa perbankan itu meraup dana sebesar Rp3,52 triliun.
Setelah itu, terjadi transaksi pembelian saham oleh Vital Solution Fund sebanyak 6.653.168.749 saham BNII dengan harga Rp252. Sehingga perusahaan yang berbasis di Singapura itu merogoh kocek Rp1,68 triliun.
Belum Patuh Regulasi, KSEI Jatuhi Sanksi ke Bank Maybank (BNII)"Tujuan dari transaksi pembelian adalah investasi finansial," kata Muhamadian dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Sabtu (16/12).
