Delta Dunia (DOID) Bakal Sebar Dividen Rp78,07 Miliar, Investor Dapat Segini
IDXChannel - PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) menetapkan kurs yang dipakai untuk pembagian dividen interim tunai tahun buku 2023. Emiten jasa pertambangan itu menggunakan nilai tukar Rp15.614 per USD.
"Perseroan memutuskan untuk menggunakan kurs konversi yang mengacu pada kurs tengah Bank Indonesia 12 Desember 2023, yaitu sebesar Rp15.614 per USD," kata Direktur DOID, Dian Sofia Andyasuri dalam Keterbukaan Informasi BEI, Selasa (12/12).
Anak Usaha DOID Mulai Jual Obligasi Rupiah Pertama Senilai Rp1,5 TriliunPerseroan rencananya akan membagikan dividen interim untuk tahun buku 2023 sebesar USD5 juta.
"Dengan demikian, jumlah keseluruhan dividen interim tunai dalam mata uang rupiah adalah sebesar Rp78,07 miliar untuk 7.336.671.132 saham atau Rp10,64 per saham," terang Dian.
