Pengendali Borong 12,5 Juta Saham Superkrane (SKRN) Senilai Rp7,31 Miliar
IDXChannel - PT Sumi Traktor Perkasa semakin getol menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada PT Superkrane Mitra Utama Tbk (SKRN).
Pengendali saham SKRN itu tercatat memborong 12,5 juta saham perseroan. Transaksi pembelian dilakukan pada 8 Desember 2023 pada harga Rp585 per saham.
Sasar Target Rp720 Miliar di 2019, SKRN Datangkan Crane Super JumboSumi Traktor Perkasa menghabiskan dana sebesar Rp7,31 miliar untuk membeli saham emiten jasa penyewaan alat berat itu.
"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk investasi," kata Corporate Secretary SKRN, Eddy Gunawin dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (11/12).
