Levoca Enteprise Resmi Kuasai 42 persen Bakrie Brothers

Pasardana.id - Levoca Enterprise Ltd telah menguasai 51,231 miliar lembar saham atau 42,1 persen kepemilikan saham pada PT Bakrie & Brothers (IDX: BNBR) pada akhir bulan November 2023.

Mengutip keterangan resmi emiten induk usaha Grup Bakrie ini pada laman Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Jumat (8/12/2023), diketahui Levoca sebelumnya tidak memegang selembar saham BNBR.

Namun setelah pelaksanaan Obligasi Wajib Konversi (OWK) dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp64 per saham pada tanggal 29 November 2023, maka Levoca menjadi pemegang saham mayoritas BNBR.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah restrukturisasi utang,” tulis Sekretaris Perusahaan BNBR, Christofer Alexander Uktolseja.

Pada saat yang sama, Fort Fraser International juga telah melaksanakan Obligasi Wajib Konversi (OWK) BNBR dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp64 per saham.

Hasilnya, Fort Frase International memegang sebanyak 46.352.744.597 lembar saham atau 38,1 persen porsi saham BNBR.
