Capai Target, Pasar Modal Sudah Himpun Dana Rp230,59 Triliun hingga November 2023
IDXChannel - Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) mencatat penghimpunan dana di pasar modal hingga 30 November 2023 mencapai Rp230,59 triliun. Secara rinci, sebanyak 74 perusahaan melakukan penawaran umum perdana saham atau initial public offering (IPO) dengan nilai emisi sebesar Rp52,99 triliun.
“Penghimpunan dana di November ini telah memenuhi capaian target di 2023,” kata Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Pasar Modal, Keuangan Derivatif dan Bursa Karbon OJK, Inarno Djajadi dalam konferensi pers secara daring pada Senin (4/12/2023).
OJK: IHSG November Naik 4,87 Persen, Nilai Transaksi Saham Tembus Rp10,54 TriliunSelanjutnya, total himpunan dana di pasar modal juga dikontribusikan oleh 21 Penawaran Umum Terbatas (PUT) dengan nilai emisi sebesar Rp50,99 triliun.
Sebanyak 11 penerbitan Efek Bersifat Utang atau Sukuk tercatat memiliki nilai emisi Rp10,47 triliun, serta Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan (PUB) Tahap I, II dan seterusnya memiliki nilai emisi sebesar Rp116,14 triliun.
