Direktur Bank Mandiri Borong Saham BMRI di Harga Rp5.850
IDXChannel - Salah satu direktur PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) menambah jumlah kepemilikan sahamnya di bank pelat merah tersebut pada 29 November 2023.
Direktur Corporate Banking BMRI Susana Indah Kris Indriati membeli sebanyak 150.000 saham pada harga Rp5.850 per saham. Dengan demikian, dia merogoh dana sebesar Rp877,5 juta dalam transaksi tersebut.

Setelah transaksi jumlah saham yang dimiliki Susana meningkat menjadi 4.307.300 atau setara 0,004615 persen. Sebelumnya, jumlah saham BMRI yang dimilikinya sekitar 4.157.300 saham atau 0,0044543 persen.
