Anak Usaha SSIA Dapat Kredit Rp1,5 Triliun dari BBCA dan SMI
IDXChannel - Dua anak usaha PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA), yakni PT Suryacipta Swadaya (SCS) dan PT Jasa Semesta Utama (JSU) meneken perjanjian fasilitas pinjaman berjangka senior dengan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk atau BCA (BBCA) dan PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI).
Dalam hal ini, SCS dan JSU sebagai debitur, BCA dan SMI adalah kreditur. Sementara perseroan sebagai sponsor.
Surya Semesta (SSIA) Cetak Pendapatan Rp3 Triliun hingga Kuartal III-2023"SCS dan JSU telah menerima fasilitas pinjaman maksimal sebesar Rp1,5 triliun," kata Direktur SSIA, The Jok Tung dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Jumat (24/11) malam.
Adapun jangka waktu fasilitas utang tersebut adalah maksimal 120 bulan sejak tanggal penandatangan, yakni 22 November 2023.
