BEI Hentikan Sementara Perdagangan Efek PURI dan SOTS

Pasardana.id - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada hari ini, Rabu (22/11/2023) melakukan penghentian sementara (suspensi) atas Perdagangan Saham PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PURI), serta Saham & Waran Seri I PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS, SOTS-W) di Seluruh Pasar.

"Bursa mengimbau kepada seluruh pihak yang berkepentingan untuk selalu memperhatikan keterbukaan informasi yang disampaikan oleh Perseroan," tulis Kadiv. Pengawasan Transaksi BEI, Yulianto Aji Sadono dan P.H. Kadiv. Pengaturan dan Operasional Perdagangan BEI, Martin Satria D. Bako, dalam laman keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (21/11/2023).

Disebutkan, Penghentian Sementara Perdagangan saham PURItercatat di surat BEI PENGUMUMAN Peng-SPT-00065/BEI.WAS/11-2023.

Sedangkan Penghentian Sementara Perdagangan saham Saham & Waran Seri I PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS, SOTS-W) tercatat di surat PENGUMUMAN BEI Peng-SPT-00064/BEI.WAS/11-2023.

Sekadar informasi, pada perdagangan terakhir, Selasa (21/11/2023) kemarin, saham PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PURI) tercatat naik 45 point atau meningkat 7,69% ke harga Rp630 per saham.

Sementara saham PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS) pada, Selasa (21/11/2023) kemarin, juga tercatat menguat 8,96% atau bertambah 38 point ke harga Rp462 per saham.

Di sisi lain, Waran Seri I PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS-W) pada perdagangan, Selasa (21/11/2023) tercatat melemah -12,50% atau turun -17 point ke harga Rp119 per waran.
