Warga Singapura Ini Serok 15 Juta Saham SQMI di Harga Gocap
IDXChannel - Warga Negara Singapura Datok Sri Chong Thim Pheng memborong 15 juta saham PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (SQMI).
Aksi borong saham ini berlangsung secara bertahap pada 15-16 November 2023 di harga pelaksanaan Rp52-54 per saham.
10 Saham Paling Anjlok Sepekan, SQMI Turun 23,3 PersenRinciannya, Datok Sri pada 15 November membeli saham SQMI masing-masing 5.000.000 saham di harga Rp52 dan Rp53.
Lalu pada 16 November 2023 sebanyak 48.000 saham di harga 53 dan sebanyak 5.000.000 saham di harga Rp54. Total keseluruhan mencapai 15.048.000 saham.
Komposisi Kepemilikan Berubah, Saham SQMI Kini Dikuasai Wilton ResourcesDana yang dikeluarkan Datok Sri mencapai Rp797 juta demi menambah kepemilikan sahamnya menjadi 1.069.920.943 saham atau setara 6,88%.
Sebelumnya, ia menggenggam 1.054.872.943 saham atau setara 6,78%. "Tujuan transaksi adalah personal investment dan status kepemilikan tidak langsung," tulis Datok Sri Chong Thim Pheng dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (20/11/2023).
Pemegang saham utama SQMI yakni Wilton Resources Holdings Pte Ltd Singapore 73,45%, Publik 26,52%, Datok Sri Chong Thim Pheng 6,88%.
Meski terjadi aksi borong saham, pergerakan SQMI pada perdagangan hari ini masih stagnan di harga Rp54 per saham dengan nilai transaksi Rp69,65 juta.
