Lepas 9,4 Juta Saham FAPA, Pengendali Utama Raup Rp50 Miliar
IDXChannel - Prinsep Management selaku pengendali utama PT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA) melepas 0,26% kepemilikannya atas saham perseroan.
Aksi jual 9.435.000 saham ini berlangsung pada 9 November 2023 di harga Rp5.300. Dengan harga pelaksanaan tersebut, Prinsep Management meraup dana sebesar Rp50 miliar.
Anas Yusuf Tinggalkan Kursi Komisaris Independen FAP Agri (FAPA)Usai transaksi, saham Prinsep Management di FAPA berkurang menjadi 2.826.315.000 atau setara 77,87%. Sebelumnya, ia menggenggam sebanyak 2.835.750.000 atau setara 78,13% saham FAPA.
"Tujuan transaksi divestasi dan status kepemilikan adalah langsung," tulis Direktur Utama FAP Agri Wirastuti Fangiono dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (13/11/2023).
Fap Agri (FAPA) Terima Dividen Anak Usaha Rp4,75 Miliar Pemegang saham utama FAPA yakni Prinsep Management Ltd 77,87%, Publik 15,00%, dan PT Fangionoperkasa Sejati 4,25%.
