沙特能源部长指责投机者造成油价下跌
【友财网讯】-沙特阿拉伯能源部长称，石油需求是健康的，投机者是最近原油价格下跌的罪魁祸首。
当被问及油价下跌时，阿卜杜勒阿齐兹·本·萨勒曼（Abdulaziz bin Salman）王子在利雅得对记者说:“这并不弱。人们假装它很弱。这都是一种策略。”
这位部长说，石油市场的一些参与者误解了最近几个月欧佩克（OPEC）阿拉伯国家石油出口的增加及其与这些国家产量的关系。他表示，发货量是季节性的，往往在夏季下降，然后在9月和10月再次上升，这意味着它们不应被视为反映了产出的波动。
阿卜杜勒阿齐兹表示，未能区分出口增长和产量增长，“这是滥用数字”。
几周前，由于创纪录的燃料需求和沙特阿拉伯的减产耗尽了全球石油库存，布伦特(Brent)原油价格即将最终实现行业预测，即重返每桶100美元。不久之后，中东爆发的冲突加剧了油价飙升的风险。
但上周，基准油价跌至每桶75美元以下的三个月低点。对供应的担忧正让位于对中国和欧洲炼油厂利润大幅下滑、实货交易低迷以及美国经济前景不确定的疑虑。
