BEI Buru Penyebar Hoaks Reverse Stock Split GOTO
IDXChannel - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tengah mencari pembuat dan penyebar hoaks reverse stock split saham PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO).
Diketahui, kabar aksi korporasi ini sempat menggema di sejumlah forum dan grup investor pasar modal sejak Selasa (7/11/2023). Ini menimbulkan reaksi yang beragam, di tengah penguatan saham GOTO di level Rp77.
Investor Kembali Masuk, GOTO Makin Jauhi Level Rp50 per Saham"Kita sedang cari pihaknya lewat mana informasi itu disampaikan. Ini kan ranahnya ranah publik," kata Direktur Penilaian Perusahaan BEI I Gede Nyoman Yetna saat ditemui di Gedung BEI, Jakarta, Rabu (8/11/2023).
Dengan melakukan pelacakan atau tracing penyebaran informasi tersebut, terang Nyoman, bursa dapat menentukan langkah yang bakal dilakukan.
