S&P 500 dan Nasdaq mencatatkan kenaikan terpanjang dalam dua tahun terakhir. Hal itu karena penurunan imbal hasil Treasury AS mendukung pertumbuhan saham-saham mega cap sementara investor mencari kejelasan lebih lanjut mengenai suku bunga dari Federal Reserve.
Wall Street Dibuka Tak Kompak, Pasar Amati Komentar Pejabat The FedDilansir dari laman Reuters, Rabu (8/11/2023), Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI) naik 56,94 poin, atau 0,17%, menjadi 34.152,8; S&P 500 (.SPX) naik 12,40 poin, atau 0,28 %, pada 4,378.38 dan Nasdaq Composite (.IXIC) bertambah 121,08 poin, atau 0,90 %, pada 13,639.86.
Imbal hasil obligasi Treasury 10 tahun yang menjadi acuan berada pada kecepatan penurunan kelima dalam enam sesi di tengah ekspektasi bahwa The Fed akan menyelesaikan siklus kenaikan suku bunganya.
