Pasardana.id- Heidelberg Materials AG telah mengambilalih 1.877.480.863 lembar atau 51 persen porsi kepemilikan saham pada PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk(IDX:INTP) dari Brichwood Omnia Ltd.

Direktur Heiderberg Materials AG, Rene Kuhnau menerangkan, perusahaan telah menyelesaikan pembelian 51 persen INTP dengan harga Rp11.022 per saham pada tanggal 7 November 2023.

“Transaksi ini dilakukan untuk tujuan restrukturisasi grup kami,” tulis dia dalam keterangan resmi, Selasa(7/11/2023)

Ia  menegaskan, tidak ada perubahan Pemegang Saham Pengendali INTP karena perusahaan langsung menjadi pemegang saham INTP dari sebelumnya dengan cara tak langsung.

Perusahaan tercatat di bursa Jerman itu telah menjadi pemegang saham mayoritas pada INTP sejak tahun 2001.
