BEI Kembali Hentikan Sementara Perdagangan Saham FLMC

Pasardana.id - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada hari ini, Kamis (2/11/2023) melakukan penghentian sementara (suspensi) atas Perdagangan efek PT Falmaco Nonwoven Industri Tbk (IDX: FLMC) di Seluruh Pasar.

"Bursa meminta kepada pihak yang berkepentingan untuk selalu memperhatikan Keterbukaan Informasi yang disampaikan oleh Perseroan," tulis Pj.S. Kadiv. Peraturan dan Layanan Perusahaan Tercatat BEI, Teuku Fahmi Ariandar dan Kadiv. Penilaian Perusahaan I BEI, Adi Pratomo Aryanto, dalam laman keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (1/11/2023).

Disebutkan melaui surat No. Peng-S-00007/BEI.PLP-11-2023 bursa memberlakukan sanksi atas Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Interim Perusahaan Tercatat per 30 Juni 2023.

Bursa memutuskan untuk tetap melakukan suspensi perdagangan Efek di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Tunai sejak sesi I Perdagangan Efek tanggal 1 November 2023, untuk 1 Perusahaan Tercatat di Papan Akselerasi yaitu PT Falmaco Nonwoven Industri Tbk (FLMC).

Sekadar informasi, pada perdagangan terakhir, Rabu (1/11/2023) kemarin, Saham PT Falmaco Nonwoven Industri Tbk (IDX: FLMC) tercatat tetap berada di harga Rp79 per saham.
