Perdana Beli Saham IPCM, Bos Jasa Armada Serok di Harga Bawah
IDXChannel - Direktur Utama PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) Shanti Puruhita melakukan pembelian perdana atas saham perseroan pada 24 Oktober 2023.
Ia membeli 27.000 saham di harga Rp280 dengan nilai Rp7,5 juta. Shanti akhirnya memegang 27.000 saham IPCM usai transaksi dari sebelumnya nihil.

Pemegang saham utama IPCM yakni PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim 76,89%, Publik 12,07%, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama 10,78%, Treasury Stock 0,15% dan PT Multi Terminal Indonesia 0,11%.
