Pasardana.id- PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) melayangkan peringatkan tertulis kepada PT Bank Mega Tbk (IDX:MEGA) selaku Pemakai Jasa karena langgar ketentuan.

Hal itu tertuang dalam pengumuman nomor 0019/Direksi/KSEI/1023, Senin(23/10/2023) yang ditandatangani oleh Direktur Penyelesaian, Kustodian dan Pengawasab KSEI, Eqi Essiqy dan Direktur Pengembangan Infratruktur dan Manajemen Informasi, Dharma Setyadi.

Pasalnya, bank milik Chairul Tanjung itu belum sepenuhnya menerapkan kepatuhan terhadap Peraturan KSEI terkait dengan Instruksi Pemindahbukuan Efek Tanpa Pembayaran Dana di KSEI dan Mekanisme Pencatatan Kepemilikan, Pemindahbukuan, dan Pengajuan Single Investor Identification (SID) atas Surat Berharga Negara.
