Jual 1,35 Juta Saham SILO, Direktur Siloam Ini Cuan Rp3,1 Miliar
IDXChannel - Direktur PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO) Grace Frelita Indradjaja menjual sahamnya sahamnya di emiten rumah sakit milik grup Lippo.
Akis jual tersebut berlangsung secara bertahap mulai 10-12 Oktober 2023. Grace menjual total 1.350.000 saham di harga rata-rata Rp2.210-Rp2.340 per saham.
Ia diperkirakan meraup cuan sebesar Rp3,1 miliar setelah menyelesaikan transaksi. Pasca penjualan, kepemilikan saham Grace berkurang menjadi 2.572.800 saham (0,02%) dari sebelumnya 3.922.800 saham (0,03%).
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah realisasi investasi dengan status kepemilikan saham langsung," tulis Grace Frelita dalam keterangan resmi Jumat (20/10/2023).
Pemegang saham utama SILO yakni PT Megapratama Karya Persada 49,57%, Prime Health Company Limited 26,18%, Public 15,44%, PT Gloria Mulia 3,51%, PT Nilam Biru Bersinar 3,05%.
