AKRA Akan Beli Kapal Senilai Rp80 Miliar

Pasardana.id -  PT AKR Sea Transport, anak usaha PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (IDX: AKRA) akan membeli kapal laut senilai Rp80 miliar guna menunjang kegiatan operasional.

Direktur AKRA, Jimmy Tandyo menjelaskan, pembelian kapal itu menggunakan suntikan modal dari perseroan senilai Rp80 miliar.

Caranya, anak usaha tersebut melakukan peningkatan modal disetor menjadi Rp274,9 miliar dari sebelumnya Rp194,9 miliar.

“Perseroan ambil bagian dengan setoran modal Rp80 miliar kepada AKR Sea Transport,” tulis dia dalam keterangan resmi, Senin (16/10/2023).

Ia merinci, dengan setoran modal itu, perseroan kini memegang sebanyak 274.899 lembar saham atau 99,99 persen saham AKR Sea Tranport.

Sedangkan sebanyak 1 lembar atau 0,01 persen dikempit PT Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara.
