Lalai Sampaikan Kesiapan Pembayaran Utang, BEI Tegur MEDC dan WSKT

Pasardana.id- Operator bursa telah melayangkan peringatan tertulis pertama kepada PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk(IDX:MEDC) dan PT Waskita Karya Tbk(IDX:WSKT) karena terlambat menyampaikan kesiapan dana untuk surat utang.

Hal itu tertuang dalam pengumuman Sanksi Penyampaian Laporan Kesiapan dan Ketidaksiapan Dana Untuk Pelunasan Efek yang diunggah pada laman Bursa Efek Indonesia(BEI), Kamis(5/10/2023).

Jelasnya MEDC harus melaporkan kesiapan pelunasan  Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Medco Energi Internasional Tahap II Tahun 2018 Seri B paling lambat 7 September 2023.  Tapi dilaporkan pada tanggal 27 September 2023.

Sedangkan WSKT seharusnya melaporkan Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Waskita Karya Tahap III Tahun 2018 Seri B paling lambat 27 September 2023, tapi baru disampaikan 2 Oktober 2023.
