Ini Penjelasan Agung Podomoro (APLN) soal Jual Mal Neo Soho Rp1,44 Triliun
IDXChannel - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) meminta penjelasan kepada PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) terkait penjualan mal Neo Soho kepada konglomerat Jepang, Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp, senilai Rp1,44 triliun.
Permintaan penjelasan berkaitan seputar nilai buku, aset, hingga laba yang diterima perseroan setelah melepas aset miliknya yang terletak di Grogol, Jakarta Barat itu.
APLN Jual Neo Soho Rp1,44 T untuk Bayar UtangAPLN juga diminta memaparkan hubungan perseroan dengan PT NSM Assets Indonesia (NSMAI), yang merupakan pihak pembeli dari yang mewakili Hankyu Hanshin.
Untuk diketahui, pengalihan aset ini ditandai dengan penjualan sertifikat hak milik atas satuan rumah susun (SHMSRS) yang dimiliki entitas APLN yakni PT Tiara Metropolitan Land (TMI) kepada NSMAI. TMI menjual 152 SHMSRS senilai Rp1,44 triliun (sudah termasuk PPN).
