Direktur Bumi Serpong Serok 16 Juta Saham BSDE
IDXChannel - Direktur PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk Hermawan Wijaya menyerok 16 juta saham BSDE secara bertahap.
Aksi borong saham ini dilakukan pada rentang 15-22 September 2023 di harga Rp1.032. Total saham yang dibeli yakni 16.470.000 sehingga ia merogoh kocek Rp16,9 miliar.
Pengendali Bumi Serpong Damai Serok 11,78 Juta Saham BSDE, Segini Nilainya"Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi dan kepemilikan saham adalah langsung," tulis Hermawan dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (26/9/2023).
Adapun kepemilikan saham Hermawan bertambah menjadi 8.345.892.864 saham sesudah transaksi. Sebelumnya, ia menggenggam 8.329.422.864 saham.
Paraga Artamida Borong Saham Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) Senilai Rp837,69 MiliarPemegang saham utama BSDE yakni PT.Paraga Artamida 36,91%, publik 29,31%, PT Ekacentra Usahamaju 25,94%, PT Serasi Niaga Sakti 2,86% dan PT Simas Tunggal Centre 1,80%.
