BEI Catat 24 Perusahaan Antre Rights Issue
IDXChannel - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menyebut 24 perusahaan berada dalam pipeline untuk melakukan penambahan modal dengan hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu (HMETD) atau rights issue.
Rincian perusahaan yang akan melakukan rights issue yakni, sebanyak 8 perusahaan berasal dari sektor konsumer siklikal. Kemudian disusul oleh sektor keuangan yang tercatat sebanyak 5 perusahaan dalam pipeline.
BEI Sebut 28 Perusahaan dalam Pipeline IPO, Mayoritas Sektor Non SiklikalLalu, dari sektor energi terdapat 4 perusahaan, dan 4 perusahaan lainnya berasal dari sektor konsumer non siklikal, serta dari sektor bahan baku, infrastruktur dan transportasi masing-masing sebanyak 1 perusahaan.
Direktur Penilaian Perusahaan BEI I Gede Nyoman Yetna mengatakan hingga 22 September 2023 telah terdapat 26 perusahaan tercatat yang telah melaksanakan rights issue dengan total nilai Rp37,3 triliun.
