Satu Lagi Perusahaan Milik Prajogo Pangestu Incar Rp3,5 Triliun Lewat IPO

Pasardana.id- PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk akan melakukan penawaran umum perdana saham atau initial public offering (IPO) dengan melepas 4,5 miliar saham baru bernominal Rp150 per lembar saham.

Mengutip cuplikan prospektus calon emiten pembangkit listrik panas bumi milik Prajogo Pangestu pada media sosial investor, Jumat(15/9/2023) bahwa jumlah saham yang dilepas setara 3,35 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh.

Perseroan akan melakukan penawaran awal dalam rentang harga Rp670-Rp780 per lembar mulai tangal 18-25 September 2023. Sehingga nilai IPO ini mencapai Rp3,015 triliun hingga Rp3,51 triliun.

OJK menerbitkan pernyataan efekti, maka dibantu BNI Sekuritas selaku penjamin emisi efek akan melakukan penawaran umum pada tanggal 2-4 Oktober 2023.
