Mau IPO, Sumber Energi (IOTF) Pasang Harga Rp100-Rp120 per Saham
IDXChannel - PT Sumber Sinergi Makmur Tbk (IOTF) memasang harga Initial Public Offering (IPO) Rp100 hingga Rp120 per saham.
Dalam propektus e-IPO di Keterbukaan Informasi BEI, Kamis (14/9/2023) Sumber Energi menguncar dana segar Rp110 miliar hingga Rp132 miliar dengan melepas sebanyak 1,1 miliar saham baru setara dengan 20,83 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh.
IOTF tengah memasuki masa penawaran awal atau periode book building pada 14 - 19 September 2023.
Pemilik merek dagang GPS Fox Logger tersebut juga menerbitkan 1,1 miliar waran seri 1 secara cuma-cuma. Dari hasil penerbitan waran ini perseroan akan meraup Rp143 miliar.
Nantinya dana hasil IPO dipergunakan untuk modal kerja seperti pembelian perangkat pemindai titik lokasi tipe GPS Tracker GT06N sebanyak 150 ribu unit.
Lalu ET200 sebanyak 120 ribu unit, OBD sebanyak 80 ribu unit, X3 sekitar 22,5 ribu unit, Wetraclite sebanyak 22,5 ribu unit dan model GPS lainnya.
Adapun yang bertindak sebagai penjamin pelaksana efek adalah Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia (AH) dan KB Valbury Sekuritas (CP).
