飞天云动(06610)：控股股东作出自愿禁售承诺
飞天云动(06610)发布公告，该公司董事会谨此宣布，其获告知，为表达对公司长远价值及未来前景的坚定信心，(i)汪磊(公司创始人、执行董事兼董事会主席);(ii)李艳浩(公司联合创始人兼执行董事);及(iii)汪磊与李艳浩控制的若干实体(即Wanglei Co., Ltd.、LYH. Ltd.、Cyber Warrior Holdings Limited及Brainstorming Cafe Limited)已自愿承诺自2023年8月18日起计6个月期间不会出售(包括但不限于出售或质押)任何由他们或他们控制的实体直接或间接实益拥有的公司股份
于本公告日期，禁售股份总数为7.64亿股，占公司已发行股本总数约42.21%。
