赣锋锂业(01772)发布公告，该公司于2023年7月20日召开的第五届董事会第六十四次会议审议通过了《关于赣锋锂电签署投资协议的议案》，为提升公司锂电池产品的生产规模、市场份额和研发能力，推动公司锂产业链结构的优化升级，增强公司核心竞争力，同意子公司江西赣锋锂电科技股份有限公司(以下简称“赣锋锂电”)与土默特左旗人民政府(以下简称“土左旗政府”)签署投资协议，在敕勒川乳业开发区投资建设锂电池生产项目，项目分两期建设，其中一期建设年产10GWh锂电池项目，计划投资金额不超过60亿元人民币，二期将根据市场需求情况择机开工投资建设，存在一定的不确定性，项目资金来源为公司自筹。
